Owner and scope
This website is owned by Vladimir Alex Dmitriev (Владимир Дмитриев). For data protection questions and rights requests, contact vladimiralexdmitriev@gmail.com. This policy covers this portfolio. External websites follow their own owners’ policies.
What is active today
This website presents a CV, projects and interactive 3D models. This version has no registration, submission forms, advertising trackers, client-side analytics or error reporting. Fonts, libraries and models are served locally, without external CDNs.
Technical processing during a visit
To deliver a page, the server and network providers receive your IP address and technical HTTP request information. This is distinct from behavioural analytics. The application has no visitor database and does not log every request. Hosting and reverse proxy infrastructure may keep technical logs according to their configuration; disabling analytics does not prevent that processing. Before the VPS launch, this policy must be updated with the provider, processing locations and infrastructure retention periods.
Language preference and cookies
Your browser stores portfolio-language in localStorage with the value ru, en or de. It restores your language preference, contains no visitor identifier and is not sent to an analytics system. It remains until you clear this website’s browser data. The website’s own code does not set cookies. Infrastructure cookies depend on the hosting environment.
Contact and external services
The email link opens your mail application. Telegram, LinkedIn and GitHub links open those services; no social widgets are embedded. If you send an email, your address and message are processed to respond to and discuss your enquiry, including by the email provider. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for a reply. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed for its purpose, subject to applicable requirements.
Legal bases and your rights
Where the GDPR applies, technical processing to deliver and protect the website may rely on legitimate interests; responding to an enquiry may rely on steps you request before entering into a contract or a legitimate interest in business correspondence. Future optional telemetry will require separate consent in the planned setup. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability or complain to a supervisory authority. Planned analytics and diagnostics
These features are not connected yet. The plan provides separate consent for events within one visit and for sanitised JavaScript/3D error reports. Both must remain off for connections identified as Russian and when the country is unknown. GeoIP estimates connection location, not citizenship, and can be inaccurate. Actual recipients, storage locations, retention periods and refusal/withdrawal controls will be published before activation. No advance consent is being requested.

This page will be updated, with a revision date, when processing changes. Simply visiting the website or reading this policy does not authorise new optional purposes.
